我们巢湖的三珍呢，就是银鱼、白米虾和螃蟹。巢湖的出湖流域主要是裕溪河和牛屯河，通过他们流向长江。姥山岛的面积是０.86平方公里，海拔１０５米。现在我们所看见的塔就是文峰塔。当时此地流传姥山尖一尖，庐州出状元。庐州知府严尔圭为了验证此谣，于明崇祯四年（１６３１年）建塔四层，后因农民起义而辍工，到了清光绪四年（１８７８年）洋务大臣李鸿章倡捐，建塔三层，塔共七层，八个角，高５１米，１３３级，塔内专雕佛像８０２尊，题石匾２５件。郭若沐诗中有诗:：遥看巢湖金浪里，爱它姑姥发如油，即指姑、姥二山。
